Easy Ice Lolly's
Raspberry Tea
Ingredients

100gm raspberries
-
3 raspberry tea bags
-
maple syrup 1tbsp
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
350ml boiling water
-
Set of lolly moulds
Method
- Place raspberries teabags lime and syrup in a jug pour on the boiling water and steep for 10 mins.
- Remove the teabags and pour the juice into moulds. Freeze for 4 hours.
Gin and Tonic
Ingredients

6 slices cucumber
-
6 mint leaves
-
75ml gin
-
250ml tonic
-
50g castor sugar
Method
- Pop cucumber and mint into each mould.
- Mix all other ingredient together well pour into moulds and freeze for 4 hours.
Chilli Lime Tequilas
Ingredients

3 ripe mangos
-
140gm sugar
-
juice of two limes
-
50ml tequila
-
½ red chilli chopped
Method
- Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into moulds and freeze for 4 hours.
AvoLolly’s
Ingredients
-
2 ripe avocados
-
juice 2 limes
-
250ml natural yoghurt
-
1tsp vanilla extract
-
3tbsp honey
Method
- Blitz everything in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into moulds and freeze for 4 hours.
Kiwi and Orange
Ingredients
-
5 kiwis peeled
-
juice of 4 oranges
-
1 glass of fizz (prosecco, grape juice, lemonade)

2tbsp sugar
Method
- Puree the kiwis with the sugar until smooth.
- Mix the juice with the fizz.
- Place the kiwi puree into the bottom of moulds.
- Carefully top up with juice, freeze for 4 hours.
Jazz up your Lollys
When frozen dip into chocolate, nuts, seeds, sparkles!! Let your imagination run wild and enjoy.
