Strawberry Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 300ml natural yoghurt
  • 40z strawberries hulled
  • 2oz caster sugar

Methods

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze over night

 

TIP:

If you don’t have ice lolly moulds use empty yoghurt pots and teaspoons as sticks!!

For an adult version replace yoghurt with sparkling wine.
